Charitable Company
We can set up a charity company with a registered office for a fee of $500. This fee includes the filing of the company and the registered office address for one year. In England and Wales, you must register with the Charity Commission to obtain your charity number. We can prepare the application with the Charity Commission for a fee of $400.
Register an Overseas Company With a UK Establishment
Any company which intends to open an office in the UK as a branch or office of a foreign company or corporation registered in another country must file the documents required to become a UK registered Foreign Establishment. In additional to an address in the UK, the foreign company must also have a permanent representative in the UK. We can assist with the registration as well as providing the address and permanent representative if required. Our fee starts at only $300.
Registered Office Address only
If you only need an address in the UK, we can provide a registered office address for a fee of $200
per year. The address is located in London and you can use it for all mail purposes.
FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY REGISTRATION AND QUESTIONS
The Financial Conduct Authority is the governmental regulator of financial services in the UK. If you want to engage in financial services in the UK which include arranging deals, providing financial advice, deal with securities and financial instruments, raise financial capital, act as an introducer, act as an investment manager for a hedge fund, provide discretionary management services, etc, then you must register with the FCA. Mr. Williams has prepared and registered numerous firms and individuals with FCA. The application is quite complicated and Mr. Williams can assist you with the application to obtain authorization to engage in regulated activities and services in the UK. Importantly, once you are registered in the UK you can then passport to other countries in the EU. Please contact our firm to discuss the services available. Consultations with Mr. Williams relating to FCA work are $150 per hour minimum fee charged. .
Limited Liability Partnership
We can set up a limited liability partnership for a fee of $400 which includes the registered office address for one year in England and Wales. This type of entity is most similar to an LLC in the United States. However, you must have a minimum of two members to set up this type of company. We also recommend that you execute a Members Agreement which limits each member’s personal liability and sets forth how profits will be divided. We can set up the agreement as well for an additional fee of $200.
Private Company Limited by Shares
We can set up a private company limited by shares in England and Wales with required registered office for one year for a fee of $400. This type of company is similar to the corporation in the United States. The company would need one person to act as the owner and the director at a minimum.
