4.    We search the name you have selected.
5.    We file the corporation with the speed of service collected.
6.    We confirm the filing of the corporation and then prepare your corporate documents.
7.    We email confirmation of filing with the corporate documents to you.
8.    We email (or post where applicable) the receipt of filing from the New York Secretary of State along with YOUR FREE ATTORNEY’S LETTER CONFIRMING THE ORIGINAL SHAREHOLDING AND DIRECTORS TO ASSIST WITH OPENING YOUR CORPORATE BANKING ACCOUNT.
9.    You print off your corporate documents and open your corporate banking account and start your business. No shipping fees!
10.    OUR PROCEDURE IS FAST EASY AND PERFORMED BY A LICENSED LOCAL NEW YORK ATTORNEY AT LAW!
