NEW YORK ASSUMED NAME REGISTRATION

If you are planning to trade under a name as an unincorporated entity or under another name for your corporation or LLC, then you must register the name with New York State.  The fees vary according to the area of New York in which you are located. If you are located in New York City, our fee is $175. If you are located outside of New York City, our fee is $100.

FOR EXPEDITED SERVICES ADD $100 TO THE STANDARD FEES.
