FEDERAL FINANCIAL CRIMES DISCLOSURE REQUIRED
Federal Law now requires that as of 1 Janaury 2024, all corporations, limitied liability companies and similar entities disclsore the beneficial owners of said entities within 90 days of opening a new entity. The information will be held by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Entities set up before 1 January 2024 have 1 year to register. The registration requires that we upload a photo ID of each beneficial owner of the company. If you fail to register, you can be fined $500 per day and/or be subjected to criminal charges.
