amendments/changes


We offer a standard fee of $125 to amend your entities official company/corporate records with the New York Division of Corporations with the 10 to 21 day services. 
​Types of amendments:
-    Change of name;
-    Change of registered agent;
-    Change of director;
-    Change of corporate officers;
-    Change of corporate shareholders;
-    Change of capital (the fee does not include tax on shares authorized). If you need the amendments performed on an expedited basis, the expedited fee is $200 (reduction may be applicable based upon service requested).
